Oleg Adyl-Gireevich Etlukhov is an Abaza scientist, writer, doctor of economic sciences, a well-known public figure, who was awarded the Order of Akhdz-Apsha, II degree for services to the Homeland, became the first writer from the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and Abkhazia to receive this high award.
