The resolution states about changes in the border crossing regime for citizens of the Russian Federation entering from the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic.

 In addition, according to the new document, the regime and conditions for crossing the border will be changed for citizens of the Russian Federation arriving from the list of countries specified in the 2nd paragraph of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 635 dated March 16, 2020. The register lists 29 countries, The Republic of Abkhazia is not listed.

 That is, the new rules do not apply to Russian citizens crossing the Russian-Abkhaz border in any direction and for any period.

 For the citizens of Abkhazia,the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 1, 2020, which does not prevent and does not regulate entry into the Russian Federation, continues to operate.
