A unique opportunity to get a good higher education was provided thanks to the joint work of the State Committee of the Republic of Abkhazia on Repatriation and the Federation of Abkhaz Cultural Centers in Turkey.
In total, 29 online applications were received from different cities of Abkhazia. The certification took place in two stages: a test exam of 90 questions and an interview.

The examination committee consisted of 7 people, namely:
- Chairman of the State Committee for Repatriation of the Republic of Abkhazia V. Kharazia;
- Deputy Chairman Bagatelia A.O .;
- Specialist of the General Department of the Ministry of Education and Language Policy Cholokua A. D .;
- Head of the International Department of the Civil Code for Repatriation I.L. Khutaba;
- and about. chief, ch. specialist of information and analytics department Avidzba AL;
- Ch. Specialist of the Compatriots Registration Department S.A. Khashig;
- intern of the international department Gvindzhia A.G.
