MMA fighter Koray Cengiz (Atsugba) is an athlete in mixed martial arts, Abkhaz by origin. Since 2014 he has been engaged in wrestling and kickboxing. The athlete's family is from Abkhazia. His father Ozkhan Dzhengiz (Atsugba) was the president of the Union of Mixed Martial Arts MMA of Abkhazia, European champion in freestyle wrestling, master of sports of international class.
German GMC champion in mixed martial arts Koray Cengiz (Atsugba) won the MMA World Mix Fight championship. His rival from Georgia, Vazha Macharashvili, refused to fight at the championship a few minutes before it began. He was credited with a technical defeat.
