Dzhikirba Gugutsa Shalikovna was born in 1961 in the village. Mgud-zyrkhva of the Gudauta region.
In 1978 she graduated from high school in the village. Mgudzirkhva.
In 1984 she graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the ASU.
In 1984 she was appointed senior researcher of the department of scientific methodology and sociology on cultural and educational work of the RSMC NT and the KPR of the Ministry of Culture of the ASSR.
Since 1985 - editor of the publishing house "Alashara".
Since 1987 - Artistic Director of the Gudauta House of Culture.
Since 1998 - Head of the Department of Culture of the Administration of the city of Gudauta.
Since 2004 - Ch. curator of the fund of the State Museum-Reserve "Abazgiya" in the city of Gudauta.
Since 2016 - Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Repatriation of the Republic of Abkhazia.
Since 2018 - is the director of the Gudat Museum of Military Glory
Married, mother of three children.
