The appointment of our compatriot Yaman Agrba as the head of the police in Eskisehir was a pleasant surprise for all of us. Yaman Agrba, son of the late Sakarya police chief Selami Agrba, was born in 1969 in Sakarya. After graduating from the Police College in 1987 and the Police Academy in 1991, he served in various positions in Ankara, Tunceli, Aksaray and Ankara. On 18 July 2017, he was appointed Chief of Police 1st Class as Chief Inspector of Police and Chief of Police in Bitlis by decree of 19.08.2017 as Chief of Police in Bitlis. Married, father of two children.

July 7, 2021 the chiefs of militia of 33 cities of the Republic of Turkey were changed. The chief of police of Bitlis Yaman Agrba, a native of Sakarya, was appointed Chief of Police of Eskisehir. While Eskisehir Police Chief Engin Dinch was assigned to the Konya City Police Department.
