As the head of state, endowed with equal responsibility before all citizens of the country and public political associations, he accepted this appeal with satisfaction.

Of course, strengthening the foundations of the state, its development, along with socio-economic policy, is unthinkable without the formation of a political culture, which implies cooperation in the discussion and search for ways to implement the powers of the executive branch of government with public institutions.

Any discussion implies the existence of not only a unanimity of views on certain problems, but also different positions. This is the value of such discussions. This is of particular importance when addressing issues of a national character, ensuring the stability and security of the country. The main thing in this process is mutual responsibility to society and the country as a whole, respectful attitude towards each other.

I have repeatedly spoken about the need and readiness for such a dialogue.

Once again I reaffirm my commitment to joint work on the entire spectrum of vital issues for the Republic of Abkhazia and thank you for your initiative.
