On August 20-22, Ulyanovsk (Russia) will host the «Kontur» street art festival, which will become part of the X International Architectural Festival. Kadir Tvanba, our young compatriot from Turkey, participates in this festival as a street artist, which is the highlight of the event. Kadir has already started painting the walls of the nine-story building, which is scheduled to be completed on August 22, when the results of the competition will be announced.
